Schedule Your Tulsa Police Foundation Headshot

Use the calendar below to pick the date & time that works best for you. And keep scrolling for tips to prepare for your headshot appointment.

Address: 3105 Charles Page Blvd., Unit #15, Tulsa, OK, 74127

  • The building is Tulsa Art Studios

  • Park in the back of building (North Side)

Wardrobe: Look your best, but be comfortable.

  • Solid colors look best on camera - avoid clothing with busy patterns, logos, text or graphics.

  • Avoid solid white shirts unless you’re wearing a jacket over it. And even still, do you have that in blue?

  • Pastel colors or medium-bright colors work great for corporate looks.

  • Ditch your lanyard or badge if you’re wearing one.

Grooming: Think “first date.”

  • If you need a haircut, book one 2-3 days before our session.

  • If you need hair coloring or roots touch-up, book that 3-5 days before our session.

  • Guys, clean up your facial hair and/or shave the day before to avoid skin irritation.

  • BYOB: Bring your own brush (or comb) - nobody wants to use community grooming products.

  • Deal with any hairs that you don’t want to show in your photo (nose, ear, brow, etc.)

  • This isn’t the time to try out a “new look.” Just be you. We like you just the way you are.

Makeup: Maybe it’s Photoshop? Nah, it’s Maybelline.

  • Use neutral natural tones and avoid shiny or glitter eyeshadows.

  • Do not use matte finish lip color, it photographs flat - we want shine on the lips.

  • Use lip color that has sheen or glossy finish already in it.

  • Bring your makeup and hair products in case you need a touch-up during the shoot.

Boogers: That’s on you, dude.

  • There will be minimal photo retouching on your headshots.

  • Stray hairs, blemishes and scrapes will all appear in the photos if you don’t remove or conceal them.

  • To brighten up your eyes, a few drops of Visine or Naphcon-A eye drops 10-20 minutes before your sitting can work miracles.
